She studied Business Administration with a major in Organizational Behavior and a specialization in Marketing, and has participated in various educational programs in Greece and abroad in the fields of Marketing, Leadership and Human Resources Management.

Stella is a graduate of the University of Macedonia in Education of People with Disabilities and holds a master’s degree in human resource management from Athens University of Economics and Business. Combining her deep knowledge of diversity with her HR experience, she designs and implements training programs on Neurodiversity, supporting the adoption of inclusive policies within organizations. She is certified in the global Leadership Architect skills framework by Korn Ferry, and is a Points of You® Practitioner, using photography as a development tool.

At the Training and Development Department of Humanis, she takes a leading role in designing innovative, experiential, and digitally enhanced educational interventions that respond to complex business needs, support the long-term development of individuals and teams, and promote modern cultures of learning and growth. She has also designed and led strategic initiatives that enhance training effectiveness and the practical application of knowledge.

Antonis holds an MBA from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (EKPA) and is an experienced professional in Sales and Customer Service, with over 10 years of experience in B2B sales, client management, and business consulting. He has conducted individual coaching sessions, mentoring programs, and training workshops, significantly contributing to performance improvement both at the individual and team level. Today, he contributes to the design and project management of training programs that enhance employee skills across organizations of all sizes.

Marieffi is an experienced Human Resources professional, holding a degree in Sociology and a master’s degree in human resources management & organizational analysis from King’s College London. She has contributed to the design and delivery of seminars covering topics such as Conflict Management, Sales Techniques, Presentation Skills, and Diversity & Inclusion in Leadership. Today she plays an active role in the design, implementation, and project management of training programs for top-tier companies.

Anastasia has over 25 years of experience in business consulting, client management, and the development of learning and development solutions. She is responsible for designing and implementing learning strategies, aligning different departments within the organization, and promoting human capital development policies. Her contributions have led to significant improvements in performance, customer satisfaction, and employee skill enhancement.

Dr. William A. Guillory is an internationally recognized expert on diversity, leadership, high performance, creativity, and innovation, as well as quantum thinking theory. He has presented more than 4,000 seminars globally to leadership groups and is the founder of Innovations International which works exclusively with Humanis for Europe.

Sherri Malouf, PhD has worked with a wide and diverse range of public and private sector organizations worldwide. As President of the Strategic Soft Skills Institute, her mission is to gain an in-depth understanding of each client’s unique challenges and leverage her extensive experience to effectively address them.
