Philippos Frangoulis
Mr. Frangoulis is an ICF accredited coach with over 25 years of experience, and specializes in working with individuals or teams to improve performance and focus on the present rather than the distant past or future. As a CIPD L7 Certified Organization Designer, Developer & Change Culture Practician, he specializes in designing agile organizations aligned with their human resources, discovering organization clarity.

Kostas Megas
Kostas is a senior executive with 36 years of experience with extensive international experience in management, operations and sales, with a strong background in engineering and strategic leadership. He has a proven track record in business development, building and leading high-performance teams and implementing large transformation projects in the telecommunications and technology sectors. He holds an MSc in High-Speed Networks and a BSc in Electronic Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. He has participated in various educational programs in Greece and abroad in the fields of Sales, Leadership, Negotiations and Project Management.

Stella Kampouri
Stella is a graduate of the University of Macedonia in Education of People with Disabilities and holds a master’s degree in human resource management from Athens University of Economics and Business. Combining her deep knowledge of diversity with her HR experience, she designs and implements training programs on Neurodiversity, supporting the adoption of inclusive policies within organizations. She is certified in the global Leadership Architect skills framework by Korn Ferry, and is a Points of You® Practitioner, using photography as a development tool.

Varvara Panagopoulou
Varvara is a Human Resources executive with 46 years of professional experience, having extensive multinational management experience, with a proven track record of leading change and creating high-performance teams, while simultaneously promoting the Human Resources strategy.
She studied Business Administration with a major in Organizational Behavior and a specialization in Marketing, and has participated in various educational programs in Greece and abroad in the fields of Marketing, Leadership and Human Resources Management.
