Leading with Impact
The Leading with Impact program was an integral part of the organizational transformation of Ethniki Asfalistiki. It was designed and implemented by Humanis, with the aim of cultivating a culture of feedback, open dialogue, and continuous development—empowering People Managers in their role and creating the conditions for their teams to grow with consistency and meaningful support.
Learning Experience
The learning experience was based on a blended learning model that combined training modules, intermediate team coaching sessions, and the use of the maxiROI app as a tool for monitoring and reinforcing on-the-job application.
Experiential learning was incorporated through exercises, simulations, and role plays with professional actors, offering participants the opportunity to practice realistic scenarios and receive immediate feedback. Leading with Impact consisted of three sequential modules:
- Goal Setting Workshop: Introduction to goal-setting methods that inspire and provide clear direction, aiming to strengthen leadership presence.
- Developing a Feedback Culture: Building self-awareness and practicing communication and goal-setting skills, so that feedback and goal-setting work as complementary development tools.
- Cultivating Continuous Development & Growth: Strengthening the practice of development dialogues, aimed at opening up new perspectives and guiding people toward their personal and professional growth.
Holistic Organizational Approach
At the same time, the organization’s Individual Contributors attended a program of self-awareness and understanding of others, which served as a crucial complementary link in cultivating a common foundation of learning and collaboration culture across the organization. This holistic effort empowered the role of People Managers and reinforced the cohesion and collective effectiveness of Ethniki Asfalistiki.
Impact on the Organization
Through the program, participants gained practical leadership tools, increased self-confidence, and a common language of collaboration. At the same time, the company’s development culture was further enhanced, creating a positive impact both on executives and their teams.
